Yes, we require a security deposit:

• Gîte Monet: €400
• Gîte Van Gogh: €700
• Maison Matisse: €950

The deposit will be refunded within one week (5 business days) of departure, provided there are no damaged or missing items.

Eventual costs of damages suffered will be deducted from the deposit.
