Inside, the space exudes Fauvist vibes, thanks to the “Blue Nude” by the artist Matisse and a few posters. In the living room hangs an impressive canvas by a contemporary namesake: Ivanka.

Here, you can cook a delicious piece of côte à los on the plancha while watching your children splash around safely in the shallow pool.
